Refund policy

At Drugstore Online, we aim to provide a clear and transparent return process for all customers in Lebanon. This policy explains when returns are accepted, how refunds are issued, and the conditions required for returned items.

1. Eligibility for Returns

For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns in the following cases:

·        The product arrived damaged

·        The product received is different from what was ordered

·        The product is defective or expired

·        The product was missing from the order

Returns are not accepted for:

·        Opened, used, or unsealed cosmetic, skincare, or personal care items

·        Products not in their original condition or packaging

·        Items damaged after delivery

·        Clearance items, unless damaged or incorrect

All returned items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

2. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 48 hours of receiving their order. After 48 hours, returns cannot be processed. To start a return, contact us at info@drugstoreonline.me or +961 70 156 651.

3. Return Process

Once a return request is approved, our team arranges pickup from your address, the items are inspected on arrival, and refunds or replacements are processed after inspection. Items that do not meet the eligibility conditions are returned to the customer.

4. Refund Method

As orders are currently Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are issued as store credit or a replacement/exchange, according to your preference. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return is approved. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for a wrong, damaged, or defective product. Change-of-mind or wrong-shade exchanges are not available for hygiene reasons.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting customer support.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons and in line with local regulations, the following cannot be returned: opened cosmetics, used skincare, opened haircare, supplements and ingestible items, gift cards, promotional items, and free gifts.
