Shipping Locations
This shipping policy applies to orders delivered within Lebanon only.
Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on orders above $40.
For orders below $40, a flat shipping fee of $4 applies.
Handling Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location within Lebanon.
Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Beirut Time) will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Method
We use our own logistics and local delivery partners. All deliveries are handled by ground transport (truck/van) to ensure safe and secure delivery across Lebanon.
Delivery Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information may be provided where available.
Item Not Received
If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@drugstoreonline-lb.com. We will investigate and provide you with an update as soon as possible.
Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
Lost Package Procedure
If your order appears to be lost, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, offer either:
• A replacement (subject to availability), or
• A full refund
Delays Outside Our Control
Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions, weather, or operational delays. We will make every effort to keep you informed.
Changes to Delivery Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Address
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the customer may be responsible for additional delivery charges.
Order Changes
If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After this time, processing may already have begun.
