At Drugstore Online, we are committed to providing clear and reliable delivery across Lebanon. This policy explains our delivery options, areas, times, and fees.
1. Delivery Options
We offer two delivery options across Lebanon:
- Standard Delivery — $4.50: delivered within 2–5 business days. Spend $45 or more to get FREE standard delivery.
- Express Delivery — $6.00: same-day delivery across Beirut and Baabda for orders placed between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM (Beirut Time).
2. Delivery Areas
Standard delivery is available across all regions of Lebanon. Express same-day delivery is available in Beirut and Baabda. If your area is not serviceable due to courier limitations, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). During peak seasons (e.g. holidays or sales events), delivery may take an additional 1–2 days. Orders are not processed on Sundays or national holidays.
4. Delivery Fees
Standard delivery is a flat $4.50 for orders under $45, and free for orders of $45 or more. Express delivery is a flat $6.00. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the product delivered was damaged or incorrect.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with any relevant updates. If you do not receive an update within 48 hours, please contact us.
6. Delivery Conditions
Delivery is made to the shipping address you provide. If you are unavailable, our courier will attempt to contact you or reschedule. Please ensure an accurate phone number, a correct address and landmark, and availability to receive the order.
7. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or details. We will arrange a replacement or return in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
8. International Shipping
At this time, Drugstore Online delivers only within Lebanon.
